All prices in this webshop are shown in DKK, USD, Euro and GBP. Prices are incuded Danish VAT at 25%, but excl. freight and transportation.
Payment
Kirsten Kytner ApS uses a payment-gateway from QuickPay. Communication has been tested and confirmed by PBS. All credit card datas are being encrypted.

Order Confirmation
Automatically order confirmation will be sent by email.
Delivery
Goods are being shipped by ordinary parcel post, by Post Danmark. Packing and delivery takes place within 3 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Freight
Freight costs:
- Denmark: DKK 35,00 (free shipment for orders above DKK 500,00)
- Europe and overseas: DKK 150,00-300,00
Replacement
14 days replacement right and right of withdrawal of non-used products. The product shall be returned in the original wrapping and packing. In such case the product shall be sent directly to Kirsten Kytner ApS, enclosed invoice (original or copy) and return documentation.
The returning costs are being paid by you (the cutomer). In case of replacement Kirsten Kytner ApS is paying the second freight rate for you. We do not accept the return of goods delivered COD.
By refund of payment the following information shall be available:
Name of the bank
Bank account
In other information should be necessary, we will inform you accordingly.
Refund of payment takes place on the day of receipt of goods.
Complaints
2 years right of complaints.
In case the complaint is accepted Kirsten Kytner ApS shall replace the product.
We preserve the right to terminate a case of complaint by returning payment instead og replacement.
Costs of replacement in case of accepted complaint are - after mutual agreement - being paid by Kirsten Kytner ApS.
